Corn Muffins in a Can


Happy Sunday! today I'm sharing a nice treat, perfect for weekend brunch.
 This time I went for the undomestic ways again. I like the "just add milk and eggs" pre-packaged mixes. Then just add something different to make it my own. Instead of using regular baking tins, I used cans.
 I added corn for a extra bite to the muffin and before serving it I topped it off with some squashed avocado, but why not try;
-Caramelized onions & cheddar cheese
-Sun-dried tomatoes & Koriander 
-Topped off with sour cream and chives
